-Workshops will include testimonies of previous rapists or convicted rapists and the rape victims to talk to the males.

-Workshops will discuss issues associated with being a respected man with morals.

-Workshops will also explain  what manhood is and what roles they should play a man role.

Once the core values and principles of manhood are drafted into the manifesto  once this is done  the stage will be opened up for male scholars to join and come up on the pledge and make a pledge towards these values.
